General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – Online Subscription (12 months) Computer Repairers Directory

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the terms and conditions under which (hereinafter "the Provider") provides an online subscription service (hereinafter "the Service") accessible remotely via the website.

Acceptance of these GTC is mandatory for any subscription to the Service. By checking the box provided during the order, the user (hereinafter "the Client") acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted the GTC.

The Service offered consists of registering the professional Client in our directory of Computer Repairers for a period of 12 months from the date of activation of the subscription. And to publish on the site his contact informations provided during registration.

The subscription is for a fixed period of 12 months from the subscription or activation date. It cannot be canceled during the period. At the end of this period, the subscription may be:
not renewed, or
renewed upon payment for a new 12-month period.
If payment is not received at the end of the 12 months, the subscription is considered terminated.

The subscription price is 12,00 € for 12 months. Payment is made in a single installment upon subscription by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site. All subscriptions are final; no refund will be given in the event of early termination by the Client.

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to the Service, the Client expressly agrees that execution begins immediately and waives the right of withdrawal.

The Client agrees to provide accurate information upon subscription and to update their data in case of changes by contacting the site.

The Provider commits to making all reasonable efforts to ensure service availability. However, it cannot be held liable in case of temporary unavailability, maintenance, or force majeure. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages suffered by the Client in case of a Service malfunction.

Non-compliance with the GTC by the Client may lead to suspension or termination of the subscription without refund or compensation. The Client may terminate the subscription at its expiration as stated in article 5.

Client personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available here: Policies. The Client has rights to access, rectify, delete, and oppose the use of their data.

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the Provider's head office shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
